Appointment Fees & Policies
These fee and payment conditions apply to all appointments booked at the medical practice listed below. By booking an appointment, the patient agrees to the following terms.
1. Elective Doctor Practice (Wahlarztordination)
The medical practice of Dr. Alestar Chicevic is a Wahlarztordination and does not provide direct billing with statutory health insurance providers.
Medical services are invoiced directly to the patient. A partial reimbursement by the statutory health insurance may be requested by the patient in accordance with applicable regulations. No liability is assumed for the amount or approval of any reimbursement.
2. Fees
The following fees apply to medical services:
- Medical examination: EUR 150
- Consultation regarding medical findings (Befundbesprechung): EUR 75
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due immediately after the service has been provided.
3. Additional services and costs
Additional medical services or materials (e.g. intrauterine devices, special examinations, or other services) may incur additional costs.
The patient will be informed in advance of any additional costs before they arise. No hidden or unannounced charges will be added.
4. Cancellation policy / no-show fee
The following cancellation fees apply in case of late cancellation or non-attendance:
- Medical examination: EUR 75
- Consultation regarding findings: EUR 35
These fees apply if the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, or if the patient does not attend the appointment.
The practice reserves the right to charge this cancellation fee. In justified individual cases, the fee may be waived at the discretion of the practice. There is no entitlement to a waiver.
5. Scope of application
These fee conditions apply from the time of appointment booking and form an integral part of the treatment agreement.
